Procedure of Registration of Newly Admitted Students : 2018-19

(Only Character Certificate, Income Certificate, Medical Certificate, Affidavit for Gap period and TC/Migration are to be submitted in Original).

1- Go to the Seminar/ Board Room assigned as per your branch and course. Show your allotment letter & fee receipt, which is deposited for seat confirmation.
2- Make four sets of documents, (orignal and three set of photocopies) in following order:-
2.1  - Allotment letter.
2.2  - Advance fee receipt deposited during the counseling.
2.3  - High school certificate.
2.4  - Qualifying exam mark sheet (10+2)/Graduation/Diploma.
2.5  - Category certificate, if applicable.
2.6  - Sub category (PH/AF/FF) certificate if applicable.
2.7  - Weightage certificate if applicable.
2.8  - Domicile certificate if applicable.
2.9  - Medical certificate.
2.10 - Character certificate.
2.11 - Affidavit for gap period.
2.12 - Transfer certificate/Migration.
2.13 - Duly signed antiragging undertaking and affidavit by the students and their parents/guardian (for undertaking students were advised to download it from www.antiragging.in and then click to download antiragging undertaking).
2.14 - Aadhar card printout of student and parents.
2.15 - One set should containing original documents of character certificate, income certificate, medical certificate, affidavit for gap certificate and TC/Migration.
3- Scan all documents of above serial no. 2 in pdf format and also bring them along with hard copy of documents in a Pendrive / CD at the time of admission.  Keep one set of photocopies with you for use in filling of scholarship forms, enrollment forms etc. Save scanned copy of all these documents.
4- Get the photocopies verified from the verifying officer after showing the originals. Receive file, registration form & challan form the verifying officer/ Incharge departmental admission committee.
5- Fill the entries of registration form, challan form and complete file with two set photocopies of all      documents and one set of character certificate, income certificate, medical certificate, affidavit for gap and TC/Migration ( in original) along with registration form.
6- Write your name, mobile number, course/branch and rank at the back side of the bank draft. Go to account office and get the signature of account officer on challan form and show DD to account officer to check amount and validity of DD.
7- Go to the academic section and deposit file along with challan form and DD.
